In order to provide the best experience for each client we always prepare in advance. For this reason, we do not take walk-ins.

No, all appointments must be made at least two days in advance through our booking system.

Payments are not accepted in the office. All payments are processed through the website at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not take insurance.

We offer discounted rates through our Subscription Packages.

Due to the nature of our scheduling, if you arrive late, no additional time will be added to your session.

If you do not provide 24 hours notice, as per our booking policy, you will incur the following:

Cancellations / Rescheduling

1. All Cancellations must be called into the office to (678) 948-8130. No texts or emails.

2. No refunds within 1 week of your appointment. Refunds incur a $25.00 Processing Fee.

3. Appointment changes - only within 24 hours of your appointment time - after 24 hours there is a $40.00 fee and you can transfer the remaining balance to your next session.

​Late Arrivals

Arriving late for your appointment results in time-loss from your massage session which will end at the scheduled time.

1. Full service fee will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

2. If we are late for "your" appointment, we will compensate accordingly.

Additional time may be added, if requested "before" your session begins, and provided there is ample time on the calendar.
