Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We take this policy seriously.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

1. All Cancellations must be called into the office to (678) 948-8130. No texts or emails.

2. No refunds within 1 week of your appointment.

3. All refunds incur a $25.00 Processing Fee.

4. Appointment changes - only within 24 hours, or more, of your appointment.

5. Appointment changes - with less than a 24 hours notice incur a $40.00 fee, and you may transfer the remaining balance to your next session.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late for your appointment results in time-loss from your massage session - which will end at the scheduled time.

1. Full service fee will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

2. If we are late for "your" appointment, we will compensate accordingly.
